Refund Policy

We operate a refund policy only for faulty or damaged goods. If any of the goods are faulty or damaged, we will either refund the full amount or send a replacement free of charge.

If you return an item due to an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will also refund any return shipping charges incurred.

All returned items claimed as faulty or damaged will be checked. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to re-charge for the item(s) and recover any related fees or expenses.

Refunds are processed to the original payment card used at the time of purchase. If the original card has expired, a check will be issued for the refund amount.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
